Take Time to Breathe

If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed .. what makes the difference is to close your eyes, go within and breathe into your body .. notice how this brings you back to centre within a few moments. If it’s a particularly busy / pressured day you’re experiencing .. then take time to do this for a few seconds or a couple of minutes every hour .. or when you can. Our Higher Selves are wanting to connect more with us .. and breathing consciously is an easy way to invite in more of our soul essence.. bringing us to more aligned decisions, more loving communication and more resourcefulness at any time.
